Book Fair and Chat Sessions
All PES Member Authors!
You have an opportunity to showcase your book at the 2007 Annual PES Conference in Atlanta! Throughout the conference, the Book Fair will showcase your book at a special PES Members’ Book Table. In addition, PES will be hosting Authors’ Chat Sessions, as part of the Book Fair. If you would like to put your book in the on-going display or if you would like to participate in a Chat Session, you are encouraged to bring a copy of your book to the fair for display OR have your publisher send a copy. If you would like your book to be included,
1) Send an email to Nance Cunningham nance.cunningham@ou.edu, who is handling the Book Fair arrangements. Provide the following information: the name of your book(s) to be displayed; the name of the publisher(s); whether you will be bringing the book or whether the publisher will be sending it; whether you would also like to be part of a Chat Session about your book; if so, whether you will supply an informal reviewer.
2) Send an email to your publisher, requesting that the publisher send the book to you to bring to the conference OR that the publisher send the book directly to the conference to arrive on March 15, 2007. If the publisher is sending the book, have the publisher email Nance Cunningham at nance.cunningham@ou.edu to request shipping directions.
The deadline for requesting a Book Chat is 1/26/07. The deadline for sending the name of the book you want to be displayed is 3/1/07.
